We bring our research project ideas into production. To acquire efficient devices, we tune material and device properties by using extensive characterizations and adjusting process parameters. To reduce fabrication cost, process and device simulations are made to have an approximate idea about material properties and fabrication parameters required for high efficiency devices.

Throughout the research projects, we work closely with an interdisciplinary team and graduate students.
